Return & Exchange Policy

At Thuni Bazaar, we take pride in delivering high-quality customised and ready-made clothing. Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and exchange guidelines carefully.


✔ Customised Products

Customised products (printed, personalised, or made-to-order items) cannot be returned or refunded unless:

  • The product delivered is damaged

  • There is a printing mistake from our side

    If any of the above issues occur, you must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.

    ✔ Plain / Non-Customised Products

    Plain T-shirts, hoodies, polos, or any non-customised items are eligible for exchange only if:

    • The product is unused and unwashed 

    • The tag is intact 

    • The request is made within 3 days of delivery

    (Refunds are not available for plain items; exchanges only.)

    ✔ Exchange Process

    1. Contact us on WhatsApp/Email with your order number.

    2. Share photos/videos of the product issue (if any).

    3. Once approved, ship the product back to us.

    4. After verification, we will process your exchange.

    Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer unless the mistake is from our side.

    ✔ No Return / No Exchange On

    • Used or washed products

    • Size issues for customised items (we recommend checking the size chart before ordering)

    • Colour shade variations due to screen display differences

    • Items bought during offers or clearance sales.

      ✔ Cancellation Policy

      Orders once placed for customised items cannot be cancelled.
      Plain items can be cancelled only if the order has not been packed or shipped.
