2. Products & Customisation

• All products listed on the website are subject to availability.

• Customised items are created exactly as per the customer’s submitted designs and details.

• Once the design is approved and order is placed, no modifications or cancellations can be made.

• Slight colour variations may occur due to lighting or display differences.

3. Order Processing

• Customised orders take 2–4 working days to process.

• Bulk/wholesale orders may take 5–10 working days.

• Processing may extend during peak seasons or heavy order volume.

4. Pricing & Payments

• Prices displayed on the website may change without prior notice.

• Full payment is required for customised orders.

• Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include additional charges.

• Thuni Bazaar is not responsible for pricing errors due to technical issues.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery takes 3–7 working days depending on location.

• Tracking details will be provided after dispatch.

• Shipping delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances are not under our control.

• Delivery charges are non-refundable.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Customised products cannot be returned or refunded, except for:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damage during transit

  • Printing errors from our side

• Plain (non-customised) items are eligible for exchange only, if unused.

• Customers must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

7. Intellectual Property

• All branding, logos, product images, and content on this website belong to Thuni Bazaar.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that customised designs they submit do not violate copyright laws.

• Thuni Bazaar is not liable for legal issues arising from customer-uploaded designs.

8. User Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate personal, delivery, and customisation details

• Review size charts before ordering

• Respond promptly for design approvals

• Avoid misuse of the website

Misuse or fraudulent orders may result in order cancellation.

9. Limitation of Liability

Thuni Bazaar is not responsible for:

• Minor colour differences

• Size issues for customised products

• Courier delays

• Losses due to customer negligence

• Third-party payment gateway failures

Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the product purchased.
